Billy loved riding his Harley Davidson and fishing Henderson in his boat. He was born in Lafayette on June 6, 1950 to Leonce and Ella Benoit Albarado, he is preceded in death by his parents, Leonce and Ella Albarado, wife Charmaine Abadie Albarado, grandson, Paul Harmon Jr., brother Ronald Albarado, and .sisters; Connie Albarado, Trudy Albarado and Patricia Wainright. Billy is survived by his three daughters; Michele Domec and husband Mark of Carencro, Brandi Albarado of Mamou and Holli Harmon of Opelousas, brother Alan Albarado and wife Carolyn of Lafayette, grandchildren; Trevor Hebert and wife Jenna, Tristyn, Ashtyn and Addisyn Domec, Hayleigh and Kennedi Robin, Brina, Brennon and Brileigh Harmon, one great-grandchild Cohen Hebert.
