Cecilia Claire Suhrhoff

On Friday, September 9, 2022, Cecilia Claire Suhrhoff passed away at age 94. She was surrounded by family and knew she was loved. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Louis A. Suhrhoff and son. James Kevin Suhrhoff. She is survived by her children; Thomas Gail Suhrhoff, John Louis Suhrhoff, Gail Patricia Suhrhoff, Robert Richard Suhrhoff, Luanne Marie Bailey and William Joseph Suhrhoff along with her favorites, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cecilia was Catholic and guided by her faith which brought her much comfort. Her talent was making people feel special. She always had a compliment or a kind word. What meant most to her was people. She especially loved being surrounded by her family. She enjoyed time with friends and her afternoon coffees cake and chats. Cecilia always reached out to people, even just a hello to anyone she passed in the grocery store. She brightened many a day and will be sorely missed. Services were held for Cecilia at Colligan Funeral Home in Broussard LA on September 13, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.. Then again at Robertaccio Funeral Home on September 17, 2022 prior to being laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram NY.
