Christopher Paul Harris

Christopher Paul Harris, age 51, passed away on October 22, 2026, at St. Joseph’s The Carpenter House in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Christopher loved driving big trucks and going fast. His adventurous spirit and love for the open road will be fondly remembered by those who knew him. He leaves behind a family who will cherish his memory and deeply miss his presence.

He is survived by his wife, Janie Harris; his children, Cody Nugent and wife Tiffany, Wyatt Harris and wife Rachel, Jamie Woodward and husband Travis, Saylor Harris, Cazyn Harris, Brittany Walls, Jane Trosclair, Sofia Coward, Georgia Coward, Audray Ashley, and George Coward; and his mother, Dale Jenkins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Harris, and his child, Jesse Harris.

Christopher’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew and loved him.
