Coleen Segrest Nolen

Coleen Nolen, age 71, was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday May 3, 2026. She had chosen to help others with the gift of tissue and organ donation upon her passing.

Coleen is survived by her two daughters Casey and Jody Nolen, and her grand puppies Dior and Fendi. She also had two fur babies of her own , Carl and Tiger. Also survived by her sister Donna Wilson and multiple nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother Kerry Segrest , sister Callie Ann Smith, mother Marilee Bell , and step father Stanley Bell.

Coleen spent her adult life dedicated to her girls, working wherever they were, at school and gymnastics. Her life revolved around raising her children. She enjoyed being at the beach, reading books, doing puzzles, watching her favorite tv shows, and cheering on the LSU tigers. She was the absolute best gift giver in the entire world. Always attentive to others needs, wants, hobbies , etc which allowed her to go out and search for the absolute perfect presents for each person at each holiday. She always found joy in giving more than receiving. She will be dearly missed every single day. “Those we love don’t go away, They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.”
