Daryl Mire

Daryl Mire, 59, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, born June 11, 1963, residing in New Iberia, Louisiana, passed away on January 19, 2023 after a long battle with cancer at Iberia General Hospital, New Iberia Louisiana with his sister Felicia by his side. He grew up from the age of 2 years old in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he attended school and worked for the Painter's Union then later moved to New Iberia to work in the Oil Industry until his illness made him retire. Daryl is preceded in death by; his father, John Baptist Mire a native of Church Point, Louisiana, his mother, Martha Louise Andrepont Mire a native of Burbreek, Louisiana, 2 sisters, Deborah Ann Mire & Patrice Mire Clifton and 2 brothers, John Barry Mire and Mark Edward Mire. Daryl is survived by 3 sisters; Jennifer Marie Mire McDonald (Jessielee) McDonald, Joanna Mire Jewell and Felicia Mire Guiffreda (David); 13 nieces and nephews, several cousins and 1 uncle. A private service will be held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
