Abbeville- David Abercrombie, a skilled craftsman and devoted father, passed away on December 2, 2024. David was a gifted carpenter whose talents could transform any piece of wood into something remarkable. David had a passion for building cabinets and could create just about anything with his hands and heart, leaving behind a legacy of beautiful craftsmanship. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Abercrombie, and his mother. Though his life was dedicated to his craft, his family brought him his greatest joy. He is survived by his loving wife Amy Abercrombie, daughter Meghan Coley, and her husband Brandon Coley; two devoted stepdaughters, Alicia Foret and her husband Jason Foret, and Amber Smith and her husband Evan Smith; as well as six cherished grandchildren.David's legacy of hard work, creativity, and love will live on in the memories of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered as a man who could build anything—whether it was cabinets, homes, or cherished family memories.
