Demetra was born from the union of Jelester and the late Deborah J. Jones on October 7, 1978. She was later made a big sister from the births of her brothers Dwayne and Joseph. Demetra was the proud mother of her daughter, Jelissa Jones. The family and friends of Demetra wish to thank the staff of the Calcutta House for providing such compassionate care to our loved one in her time of need. Their acts of kindness will not long be forgotten. “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes: and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.” Revelation 21:4. “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18.
