Donna Marie Younger

New Iberia - Donna M. Younger age 57 passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, April 18, 2024. A private viewing will be held Friday, April 26, 2024 in the chapel at Colligan Crematory and Funeral Services in Broussard at 10:00AM. She is survived by her children; Skye Broussard O'Howell and Tony Michael Younger Jr., father Nolan Broussard and life companion Elmore Savoy. Sisters; Tammy Vice and husband Claude, Julie Broussard Mouton and husband Nick, Jamie Granger and deceased husband Marcus Granger Sr., Joni Broussard and Kristina Saltzman and deceased husband Philip Saltzman Sr. Nieces/nephews; Kiara Granger, Zalaysia "Lai-Lai" Reed, Kiana Granger and Ja'Marcus "Pop" Davis. She was preceded in death by her mother Louisa Norwood-Louviere, daughter Heidi Younger, step-mom Katherine Broussard and son-law Bryce Dupuis. A native of New Iberia, Donna enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and especially caring for her niece Zalaysia and nephew Ja'Marcus. Donna was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She had the ability to grow anything in her garden and bring her vision of projects to life with ease but never went a day without praising and worshiping her Lord. She will be missed.
