Freida Kughn

Lafayette- Freida Kughn, Born March,13 1949. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025. Freida was a woman of many passions, including gardening, where she nurtured both plants and people with her loving care, and traveling, which allowed her to explore the beauty of the world alongside those she cherished most. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family will be remembered by all who knew her. Freida is survived by her devoted husband, Charles Kughn; her two sons, Joel and Alan; her brother, Roger Hill; her sisters, Elizabeth and Marline; and her adored grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Jewel and Edith Hill. Freida's life was a testament to love, laughter, and the joy of family. She leaves behind a legacy of memories and lessons that will continue to grow in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
