Gaynell F Louviere

Gaynell Frances Thibodeaux Louviere, born February 26, 1940, went to her heavenly resting place on October 2, 2023 @ 4:00 a.m.  She was preceded in death by her late husband, Larry T. Louviere, Jr. Survived by her siblings Susan Thibodeaux Blevins, Terrell John Thibodeaux, Jr. and Laurie Cormier; her three children, Donna Bright Fontenot (husband Philip Fontenot), Mike Bright, and Drew Bright (wife Melanie Bright); four grandchildren, Leah Shiels, Austin Bright, Leighton Bright, and Margaret Shields; and has two great grandchildren, Amelia and Cooper.   The family asks, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bright Light Foundation Organization.  Web address is brightlightfoundation.org.   A short service will be held at Fountain Memorial in Lafayette, Louisiana, on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.  (Outside, weather permitting) Thereafter, a gathering to celebrate her life will take place.
