Jeri Ann Brooks Russo was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on April 13, 1961 to Celia Ann Ford King and Jerry R. Brooks. Services will be held at 121 Park Center,Broussard, La on July 7, 2026 from 1pm-4pm. Jeri absolutely loved music,reading, giving to others and making people laugh. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and camping especially. Jeri was always the life of the party and was an amazing cook. She was definitely a force to be reckoned with. Jeri will forever leave a mark on so many people's lives. She had a very large family whom she loved and cherished. She is survived by her children Shana Bayard, Johnathan Russo and Tyler Russo. Her stepchildren, Seth and Gentry Russo and Kelly LeBlanc. She had many grandchildren, Bralyn, Talon, Lake, Mason, Camryn, Cohen, Bentley, Noah, Paisley, Remmie, McKenzie, McKarlie, Remmie, Mckenzie, Embrie, Gabrielle, Lauren, Caleb and Karaline. Her siblings, Lisa D. (Brooks) Patburg, Renee (Brooks) Volentine, Jennifer M. (Brooks) Stoute and Mitch Miquez and Rear Admiral Marc Miguez. Along with many many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles! She is preceded in death by her Grandfather and Grandmother Curtis J. & Mildred Ford, mother Celia Ann Ford King, step father John William King, brother-Curtis Richard Brooks, and grandson Sawyer W. Tucker. *Yes Remmie and McKenzie are duplicated bc there are 2 of each.
