Joseph Harris

Carencro - Joseph Harris age 80 passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the Philadelphia Christian Church in Lafayette from 11:00-1:00PM. Joseph is survived by his wife Andrea and children; Burt,Perry, Kip, Adam, Carrol Ann, Constance and Candace Tatman and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Leroy Harris and Theresa Gallien, first wife Mercedes Harris and son Gary. Joseph was a 38 year employee of the Lafayette Parish School Board as a Head Custodian. He enjoyed working in his yard and gardening as much as he could. The family would like to give special thanks Christopher Williams and Ashton Harris for their support. from
