Lester Joseph Simon

New Iberia Lester Joseph Simon, 77 of New Iberia passed away Friday May 20, 2022 at his home in New Iberia. Lester was a Veteran of the United States Army and served his country during the Vietnam era, he was born on July 21, 1944 in Vermillion Parish to Ray and Octavia Harrington Simon. Lester is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Verna Romero and is survived by his wife Beverly Romero Simon, his son Kent Simon, grandsons; Bently and Jules Simon, brother, Alton Simon and six sisters; Ruby Allemon, Rita Duhon, Margaret Louivere, Rona Viatare, Beulah Charpanter and Karen Simole.
