Mary Ann Marie Turner

New Iberia- Mary Ann Marie Turner passed away on September 20, 2025, at Iberia Medical Center, surrounded by love. Mary Ann was a devoted mother whose greatest joy in life was raising her family and sharing her talent for crochet. Her gentle spirit and caring nature touched all who knew her, and she will be remembered for the love and warmth she gave so freely. She is survived by her beloved sons: Joseph Turner Jr. and wife Heather, Jason Turner and wife Andrea, Dennis Turner and girlfriend Conchita Jenkins, and Jasper Turner. Mary Ann is also survived by her dear siblings: Margie Segura, Jeanette Porrier, Annabell Porrier, Vera Gary, Huey Porrier, and Clifton Porrier. Her memory will continue through her cherished grandchildren: Trey Turner, Therin Turner, Lanlien Turner, Bladien Turner, Zadien Turner, Latavian Locks, Austin Turner, Gavin Turner, Jace Turner, Enacense Rivers, Bentley Turner, Levi Turner, Angelle Turner, Ashley Turner and Tyson Segura, along with a host of great-grandchildren who brought endless joy to her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Porrier and Ursula Viator Porrier. Mary Ann’s legacy of love, family devotion, and creativity will forever live on in those who were blessed to know her.
