Michael James Guidry

New Iberia - Michael James Guidry 62, passed away on December 25, 2021. A graveside service will be announced at a later date. Michael was born on December 2, 1959 and was a lifelong resident of New Iberia, He resided for the last several years at Jefferson Terrace Village, where he formed many friendships with the staff and other residents. Michael loved getting together with his family and anything that had to do with horses. He is preceded in death by his parents; Alexander and Lilly Mae Guidry, brothers; Eric Joseph and Gabrielle Guidry .Michael is survived by his sister Karen Burgess and husband Lon of New Iberia and his brother Kevin James Guidry of New Iberia a niece, Dayna Hebert and husband Daniel of New Iberia and a great- niece Katelyn Walker. The family would like to thank Dr. Robert Lahasky and the staff of Sharecare USA for their shared devotion of care to Michael.
