Patricia Lynn Evans

Patricia Lynn Evans, age 68, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025, at her home in Eunice, Louisiana, surrounded by the love of her family.

Originally from Thousand Oaks, California, Patricia lived a life full of passion, faith, and music. She had a lifelong love for horses and everything that came with them—riding, showing, and the excitement of rodeos brought her great joy. Musically gifted, Patricia found comfort and happiness in music throughout her life. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time outdoors, nurturing both plants and people with the same care.

Patricia’s faith in God was an important part of who she was and guided her through every season of life. She was known for her big heart, vibrant personality, and her love of conversation—Patricia truly loved to talk and connect with others, leaving lasting impressions wherever she went.

She is survived by her loving mother, Arlene Evans; her children, Michael Billeaudeaux and wife Rosie, Elizabeth Martin, and Jamie Billeaudeaux and husband Eduardo Ramirez; her brother, James Evans; her sister, Tracey Eckerson and husband David; as well as 11 grandchildren; Gloria, William and fiancé Laiklyn , Alora and fiancé Clayton, Jessie and her husband Charles, Daisy and fiancé Johnny , Nathaniel, Leala, Mauricio, Justin, Mia, Adelyna and 4 great-grandchildren, Wrynlee, Lieghton, Rosetta, Evelyn, all of whom were a tremendous source of pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Arlin Evans, and her son, Justin Loyd Billeaudeaux.

A Funeral Service will be held on December 23, 2025, in the chapel of Colligan Crematory and Funeral Services in Broussard, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 11:00-1:00 with the service at 1:00pm.

Patricia will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her faith, her laughter, her stories, and the love she so freely shared.
