Carencro - Robley Joseph Guilbeau Sr., 84 of Carencro, passed away on Thursday January 13, 2022 at a local care facility. Robley was born September 17, 1937 in Cankton, La. . He was the Owner of Best Way Roofing for many years, he loved to dance, fish and spending time on his houseboat with family.. Robley always had a dollar for the grandkids and would share his wisdom with anyone he thought needed it. Robley is preceeded in death by his parents, Fabien and Ethel Guidry Guilbeau, son James Guilbeau and his sister Mary Guilbeau. He is survived by his companion of 27 years Celestine Boyer of Carencro, sons; Joseph Guilbeau and wife Karen of Carencro and Ray Guillory of Port Barre. Daughters; Shari Guilbeau Robicheaux of Carencro and Beverly Guilbeau Lejeune and husband Nolan Wayne of Lafayette, Liz Wright and son Robley Guilbeau Jr. of Carencro. Grandchildren; Brittney and Ashley Guillory, Nicole Moore, Jeremy, Derek and Devin Guilbeau, 4 great-grandchildren also survive him.
