Ronald Dale Guillory

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ronald Dale Guillory on May 16, 2025 at the age of 84, in his home surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness. Ronnie lived his entire life in Jennings. He worked for a local car dealerships and retired after 50 years from Gulf Coast Auto as the General Manager. He achieved many sales rewards throughout his career. He enjoyed playing golf with all his friends who came and visited him till his death. He was a member of Jennings Golf & Country Club where he once made a “Hole In One.”In his early days he loved playing tennis and snow skiing. He is survived by his wife Geneva Gotreaux Guillory of 47 years. One son: Scott Guillory (Lori) Two daughters: Angie LaPoint (Stevie) and Connie Patrick (Robert)His daughter-in-law: Tracy Miller His grandsons: Scott & Josh Guillory and Keegan Deaville. He has 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Harry & Neda Guillory Sister: Jayce Trahan Brother: Darrell Guillory His 2 sons: Shannon Guillory and John Deaville One granddaughter: Lois Renee Guillory. Cremation has been entrusted to Colligan Crematory and Funeral Services in Lafayette. Family & friends are invited to a visitation on friday the 23, at OLHC Church at 10:00 am and a rosary at 10:40, and a Mass at 11:00. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Special thanks to Father Keith Pellerin for his visit and church choir for the beautiful music.
