Lafayette - Shannon Jude St. Julien, age 54, was born on December 06, 1969, in Lafayette, Louisiana, to the loving parents, Lovenia Jolivette and the late Leander Charles St. Julien. He was the younger of their two children but thought he was the oldest and the boss. He earned his wings on September 14, 2024. Gone too soon but his love lives on as we cherish his memories forever. Shannon was a kind, generous, and loving son, brother, and friend. He was a well-read person, deeply versed and informed. He enjoyed listening to music, watching movies, reading novels, and loved animals. His love for extravagant, high-quality, top-notch things showed up in his work, and play. His God given talent was in wise counseling and he delivered! "The ear that listens to life-giving reproof will dwell among the wise." Proverbs 15:31 ESV. He touched the lives of so many. His career in Cosmetology has opened the door to many clients that turned into family and friends. His talent as a hair stylist was impeccable. He would master distinct colors and cuts and would purchase the newest and greatest equipment to give you, his best. He enjoyed the higher echelon of providing you with his best work of art. Shannon started his career working at Trade Secret and then Mason Blanche, but his reward was his very own shop,"Muse Design Group, Inc." Webster's definition of Muse is "become absorbed in thought; especially to think about something carefully and thoroughly. A source of inspiration, a guiding genius." Oh, that's Shannon! He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his mother, Lovenia Jolivette of Lafayette, LA; his sister, Stacey St. Julien of Lafayette, LA; his extended sister, Yvette Shannon (Lester), and extended brother Bryan Durham (Toy) of Houston, TX; extended nephews, Dae'reon D'Von Durham of Houston, TX and his Godchild Jared A.
