Baton Rouge - Tashara Latoya Boone, a radiant and beloved soul, was born on November 26, 1985, in Palo Alto, California, to Angela Johns and Thomas Boone. She departed this life on Saturday, August 10, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience. Tashara was the cherished sister to Brandon Johns, Robert Bell, Kimberly Harris, Danielle Harris, Kevin Christian and Shelia Davis. Her family grew even more precious with the addition of 14 nieces and nephews: Alondriea Jones, Alicia and Isaac Bell, Quinn, Audrina and Adriana Johns, Serenity and Keishan Christian, Trevon, Amia, Emmanuel, Sunshine, Charlie Harris, Isaih Phelps, Taylor Davis and and two great-nieces and great-nephews, Marlon Green and Alonna Barclay. Each of them held a special place in her heart and will deeply miss her. Throughout her life, Tashara faced challenges with unwavering courage and a spirit that never wavered. Her resilience and positive outlook inspired everyone who knew her. She was known for her sweetness, strength, independence, and a unique blend of humor and love. Her caring nature was evident in every interaction, and she brought light into the lives of those around her. A passionate photographer, Tashara had a remarkable ability to capture beauty and joy, and her photographs were a testament to her vibrant personality. Her free-spirited and headstrong approach to life allowed her to stand tall in the face of adversity, and she lived each day with grace and authenticity. At just 38 years old, Tashara's time with us was far too brief. Her presence touched countless lives, and the void left by her passing will be felt deeply by all her friends and family.
