Memorial Service for Ted Hernandez, Jr., 66, will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Colligan Crematory and Funeral Services in Broussard, LA, 121 Park Center Drive. Ted, a resident of Lafayette passed away peacefully at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center on Saturday, September 28, 2024. He was born on June 15, 1958, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to June Bozeman and the late Ted Hernandez, Sr. He was preceded in death by his father, Ted Hernandez, Sr. and his daughter, Latisha Hernandez. He is survived by two daughters and two brothers, Chris Hernandez, and Monte Chris Hardy; two sisters, Lisa Dawn Hernandez and Danita Kay Hardy Kerley; and four grandchildren. He loved people, babies, children and animals. He also loved doing artwork and playing chess with family and friends. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be greatly missed and has entered heaven with his lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
