Tina Marie Paredes

Abbeville - Tina Marie Paredes, age 60, of Abbeville, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at her residence on February 16, 2025. Tina was a fun-loving, vibrant mother and a dedicated professional, known for her passion for her work as a Mosquito Expert for Iberia Parish. Her commitment to her job, combined with her love for life, made her a valued member of her community. Tina’s greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she cherished every moment with her family. Her heart was full of love for her daughters, Jenee Guilbeaux (Hugo Matias), Jenna Alleman, and Jade Alleman. She was also the proud grandmother of Ahni, Ali, Aven, Amelli, Alanna, Ava, Aniya, and one great grandchild on the way. Her legacy of love will continue to live on through them. Tina is survived by her siblings, Richard Lacroix (Peggy), Kenneth Lasseigne (Deborah) from Brantley, Alabama, Keith (Ponookie) Lacroix (Robin Broussard), Toni Lacroix St. Upery (Ricky), and Gwen (Bae) Lasseigne, as well as her stepfather, Jerry Latiolais. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends. Tina is preceded in death by her parents, Merline Guilbeaux Latiolais and Kernis Lasseigne. Tina will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her love of life, and the deep devotion she held for her family. She was a kind, strong, and selfless woman, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. The family asks that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
