Breaux Bridge - Wanda Lee LeBlanc, age 79, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 4:00PM in the St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Born in Opelousas, Louisiana, Wanda spent most of her life in Breaux Bridge, where she built a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She lived a long and beautiful life surrounded by her children and grandchildren, who were the greatest joy of her heart. Wanda took great pride in her yard, always ensuring her grass was perfectly trimmed and her plants flourished. With a playful and competitive spirit, she delighted in life’s simple pleasures—whether it was seeing who could get the best tan with her daughter or whose cake came out best while baking with her granddaughters. She loved puzzles, watching her favorite movies and TV shows, and spending time with her three beloved dogs, who were as much a part of her family as anyone else. A dedicated caregiver, Wanda devoted many years of her life to helping others as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Nurse. Her compassion, patience, and commitment touched countless lives. Wanda will be remembered for her strength, unwavering faith, and boundless love for her family. Her laughter was contagious, her heart generous, and her work ethic unmatched. The memories she created will continue to bring smiles and warmth to all who knew her. She is survived by her son, Eric LeBlanc and his wife Kimberly Courville LeBlanc, and their children Ashton, Sage ,Miya, and Isaac; her daughter Mona LeBlanc and her children Kila Latolais, Amber Fabacher, Isabella, and Gabriella Case; her brother Donald “Butch” Myers; and her sisters Sylvia Myers Hough and Betty Myers Bozeman. She also leaves behind two beloved great-grandchildren, Atlee Sue and Arlow Jane LeBlanc. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Myers and Dorothy Frazier Bolling, and her brothers Thomas “Tommy” Myers, Randolph “Randy” Bolling, and William “Billy” Bolling. Wanda’s kindness, humor, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
