Church Point - Wesley Joseph Thibodeaux Jr. age 58 passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, leaving a legacy of love and cherished memories. An avid outdoorsman, Wesley had a special fondness for frogging and fishing, often found near a body of water with a wide smile on his face. His passion for these activities reflected his adventurous spirit and love for nature. Wesley’s vibrant personality was characterized by his stubbornness and strong will, traits that were as endearing as they were defining. His unwavering determination and hard-headedness were matched only by his immense heart and loyalty to those he cared about. He leaves behind a close-knit family and a host of friends who will remember him for his infectious enthusiasm, his unwavering commitment to his loved ones, and his unyielding spirit. Wesley's presence will be deeply missed but his memory will live on in the countless moments shared and the lives he touched. Wesley is survived by his wife Chris Morvant Thibodeaux, children; Cortney and wife Ashley Thibodeaux, Drake and wife Kourtney Thibodeaux, Jaret Thibodeaux, Amy and husband Chris Leger, Joni and husband Ashby Guidry, Jennifer and husband RJ LeBlanc, Alicia and husband Jonathan Babineaux and Keisha Thibodeaux. Siblings; Patrick Thibodeaux and deceased wife Jean, Deceased brother Donald Vincent and surviving wife Connie, Kermit Thibodeaux(deceased) and godchild Felicia Trahan. Along with 26 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Wesley Thibodeaux Sr. and Ethel Spaetgens. Wesley Joseph Thibodeaux Jr. will be remembered fondly and missed dearly. May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and admired.
